Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 18, 2025 • This policy supplements our main Privacy Policy.
Who we are & scope
Beauty Ally (FOP Prymak Oleksandr Yuriiovych) (“we”, “us”) provides this Consumer Health Data (“CHD”) policy to meet the Washington My Health My Data Act (MHMDA) and Nevada SB 370 requirements. It applies to CHD we collect via our apps, websites, and services. If a term isn’t defined here, it has the meaning in MHMDA/SB370 or our main Privacy Policy.
What we collect & why
We collect only the CHD needed to operate requested features, secure the service, and improve quality.

Sources: directly from you (forms, uploads), automatically from your device during use, and from our processors acting on our behalf.
Your choices & consents
- Separate opt-ins: we obtain separate consent for (1) collection/use of CHD beyond what’s strictly necessary to fulfill your request; and (2) any sharing of CHD with processors.
- Withdraw anytime: in the app go to Profile → Privacy and toggle off “Skin-data processing.” This stops future AI/OCR processing; queued/processed items are removed from active systems and backups purge on a rolling schedule. Some features (e.g., product scanning) will no longer work without this consent.
- Delete your data: use Profile → Delete Account & Data to remove your profile, uploads, OCR text, and results from active systems (backups purge on schedule).
Your rights (WA & NV)
You may submit requests to:
- Know/Access whether we collect/share/sell your CHD (we do not sell) and receive a copy.
- Obtain a list of third parties/affiliates with whom we have shared CHD and a valid email or online contact method for each.
- Delete your CHD.
- Withdraw consent to collection and/or sharing.
How to submit: email support@beautyai.site. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with “Appeal” in the subject; we’ll respond within the statutory period and explain further options.
Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of CHD and restrict access to personnel and processors with a need to know.
Geofencing
We do not use geofencing around locations providing in-person health care services for any prohibited purpose (e.g., to identify or track visitors or to send messages related to health data).
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our CHD practices change and will obtain fresh consent when required before using or sharing CHD for new purposes or categories.
